About entering of amendments into the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 23, 2020 No. 701 "Questions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 23, 2020 No. 701 "Questions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following amendments:

in Regulations on the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

Item 16:

add with subitem 36-1) of the following content:

add with subitem 71-1) of the following content:

"71-1) develops and approves rules of medical and psychological recovery of staff of bodies of civil protection based on medical institutions and the rehabilitation centers;";

add with subitem 89-1) of the following content:

"89-1) develops and approves fire safety regulations;".

2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
