For the purpose of consecutive continuation of reforms in the field of the land relations begun according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 8, 2021 No. UP-6243 "About Measures for Ensuring Equality and Transparency in Land Relations, Reliable Protection of Land Rights and Their Transformation into Market Asset" and also further simplification of procedure for provision in lease of the parcels of land of agricultural purpose:
1. Cancel approval procedure the decision of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, hokim of areas and the city of Tashkent of results of open electronic tenders on provision in lease of the parcels of land of agricultural purpose.
2. Make changes and additions to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
3. To the Ministry of Agriculture to make in the Cabinet of Ministers offers on the changes and amendments in the legislation following from this Decree in a month.
4. To impose control of execution of this Decree on deputy prime ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh. M. Ganiyev and D. A. Kuchkarov.
