About order of registration of radio-electronic means and high-frequency devices

According to article 22 of the Federal law "About Communication" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve enclosed:

Rules of registration of radio-electronic means and high-frequency devices;

the list of the radio-electronic means and high-frequency devices which are subject to registration.

2. Determine that:

permissions to operate of radio-electronic means and high-frequency devices, for ship radio stations (the license of ship radio stations) which are granted in accordance with the established procedure before entry into force of this resolution are valid for use of radio frequencies or radio-frequency channels before the termination of the term specified in them;

the radio-electronic means and high-frequency devices of state bodies and organizations used for needs of public authorities, for needs of defense of the country, safety of the state and providing law and order assignment of radio frequencies (radio-frequency channels) by which are performed by the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation and Federal Guard Service of the Russian Federation, are subject to registration in Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation and its territorial authorities.
