About modification of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on production of veterinary medicines

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on production of veterinary medicines approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 3, 2018 No. 808 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 80, the Art. 2680), changes which are applied.

2. Determine that the term during which licensees give to Public service on safety issues of foodstuff and consumer protection constitutes the documents provided by the Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on production of veterinary medicines approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 3, 2018 No. 808, taking into account the changes approved by this resolution two months from the date of entry into force of this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective in two months from the date of its publication.

Changes which are made to Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on production of veterinary medicines

1. Add Item 6 with paragraphs of the following content:

"If documents are filed purposely, the license applicant shows the document proving his identity.

In case of submission of documents by the representative of the license applicant the original document (verified copy) certifying its powers is in addition shown.".

2. In Item 7:

1) to add Item with subitems 1-1 and 1-2 of the following content:

"1-1) data on availability of places of implementation of economic activity to handicapped national groups (appendix 3);
