Provide in 2022 to open joint stock company "Belarusbank savings bank of guarantee of the Government of the Republic of Belarus in repayment of principal debt on the credits issued in 2022 for a period of up to one year according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 4, 2019 to No. 97 "About purchase of products of crop production" to the organizations according to appendix for financing of purchase of products of crop production of harvest of 2022 delivered for republican state needs in the following procedure:
1.1. on credits to the amount of 50 000 thousand rubles of guarantee are provided no later than March 31, 2022;
1.2. on credits to the amount of 94 000 thousand rubles of guarantee are provided after April 1, 2022:
within the amounts of return (repayment) by these organizations of the credits determined by orders of the President of the Republic of Belarus of April 13, 2021 No. 70rp "About provision of guarantees for the Government of the Republic of Belarus" and of November 15, 2021 No. 241rp "About provision of guarantees";
taking into account obligation fulfillment on return of the credits according to part one of Item 3 of the order of the President of the Republic of Belarus of April 13, 2021 No. 70rp and part one of Item 3 of the order of the President of the Republic of Belarus of November 15, 2021 No. 241rp.
The payment for provision of guarantees is made in the amount of percent 0,01 from credit amount.
