1. As a part of the Commission on questions of nationality in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 17, 1994 No. 209:

include in structure of the called Shevtsov Dmitry Evgenyevich's Commission - the secretary general of the Belarusian Society of the Red Cross;

exclude from structure of said commission of O. V. Mychko;

2. As a part of the Commission on questions of pardon and release from criminal liability in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 3, 1994 No. 250:

include in structure of the called Commission:

Voronovich Tadeusz Valentinovich - the judge of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus;

Vadim Valeryevich's tile - the chairman of the Grodno regional Bar;

exclude from structure of said commission of L. M. Ryabtsev, V. I. Chaychits.
