1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 2, 2015 No. 1153 "About approval of the Procedure for import, delivery and target use of medicines, medical products and supportive applications to them which are exempted from the taxation by the value added tax" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 3, Art. 164; 2020, No. 34, the Art. 1137) and of March 7, 2022 No. 216 "Some questions of purchase of medicines, medical products and supportive applications to them" changes which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.
