About modification of some Orders of the Government and recognition voided the Orders of the Government

Based on Item c) article 6 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, and also for the purpose of approval of the regulatory base in the field of the state and mobilization reserves the Government DECIDES:

1. In the Order of the Government No. 268/2009 about approval of the Technical concept of the Automated information system "Register of the State Material Reserves" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 75-76, 322), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in the resolution:

a) in the name "Technical concept of the Automated information system "Register of the State Material Reserves" to replace the text with the text "Concept of the Automated information system "Register of the State and Mobilization Reserves";

b) in acceptance formula the text "parts (4) article 3 of the Law on the state and mobilization reserves No. 589-XIII of September 22, 1995. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1996, No. 11-12, of Art. 114), with subsequent changes and amendments" to replace with the text "Item of 1 part (1) Articles 5, of part (1) Article 19 and article 20 of the Law No. 104/2020 on the state and mobilization reserves (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2020, Art. No. 178-179, 332)";

c) in all text of the resolution, in the name and in all text of appendix No. 1, in the name and in line item of the 8th appendix No. 2 of the word "state material reserves" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "the state and mobilization reserves" in the corresponding grammatical form;

d) in all text of the resolution, in the name and in all text of appendix No. 1, except for of letter f) the subitem 3) of Item 13 and Item 21, to exclude the word "technical" in any grammatical form;
