According to article 10 of the Law of Ukraine "About the treatment of explosive materials of industrial function" and for the purpose of safety in case of the treatment of explosive materials of industrial function I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for inclusion (exception) for explosive materials of industrial function in (from) the List of the explosive materials of industrial function allowed to permanent production and application which is attached.
2. To legal support division (Sukhar A. V.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To State department of industrial safety, labor protection and mountain supervision of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Ukraine (Savarin M. V.) to include the specified order in the State register of regulatory legal acts on labor protection.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the chairman of the Gospromgornadzor of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Ukraine Savarin M. V.
