About establishment of payment for document registration of non-state pension funds
According to Item 5 parts one of article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "About financial services and state regulation of the markets of financial services", the subitem 9 of item 4 of the Regulations on State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 4, 2003 N 292, State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine DECIDED:
1. Establish payment for document registration of non-state pension funds in the amount of it agrees to appendix.
2. The payment for document registration is brought by the applicant within 10 calendar days from acceptance date Natskomfinuslug of the decision on implementation of their registration.
3. In case of failure to pay or untimely introduction of payment for document registration the decision on registration can be cancelled.
4. The means paid for document registration are enlisted in the Government budget of Ukraine.
5. To department of state regulation and market development of financial services (Ignashchenko V. A.) to provide to Legal management (Tkachenko D. V.) provision of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.
6. And public relations (Nagornyak M. V.) to provide to department of interaction with mass media the publication of this order in mass media after its state registration.
