Declare invalid the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of July 22, 2004 No. 1729 "About establishment of payment for document registration of non-state pension funds", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 5, 2004 on No. 972/9571 (with changes).

2. To provide to department of regulation and supervision of organizations of accumulative provision of pensions and managing FFS and BACKGROUND submission of this order to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

3. Organizational administrative to provide to department promulgation of this order after its state registration.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. Control over the implementation of this order to assign to the member Natskomfinuslug Gurbich A. I.
