About approval of the Regulations on establishment of requirements to use of airspace and procedures of the actions concerning the navigation based on characteristics

Based on Item and) parts (3) Article 6 and part (3) article 40 of the Aviation code of the Republic of Moldova No. 301/2017 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 95-104, 189), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve Regulations on establishment of requirements to use of airspace and procedures of the actions concerning the navigation based on characteristics it (is applied).

2. To impose control of accomplishment of this resolution on the Ministry of infrastructure and regional development.

3. This resolution becomes effective after 6 months from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, except for:

1) Items 10 and 11 of the Regulations on establishment of requirements to use of airspace and procedures of the actions concerning the navigation based on characteristics which become effective on June 6, 2030;

2) the subitem 1 of the Item AUR.PBN.2005 of appendix to the mentioned Provision, in case of the ends of the equipped strip serviced by procedures of exact landing approach which becomes effective on January 25, 2024;

3) the subitem 4 of the Item AUR.PBN.2005 of appendix to the specified Provision, in case of all ends of the equipped strip which becomes effective on January 25, 2024 concerning standard route of departure on devices (SID) or standard route of arrival on devices (STAR) and since June 6, 2030 - concerning all standard routes of SID or STAR;
