About introduction of amendments to the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 26, 2018 No. 488 "About approval of form of information on activities of chamber of appraisers and her members"

I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 26, 2018 No. 488 "About approval of form of information on activities of chamber of appraisers and her members" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 16905) the following changes:

state preamble in the following edition:

"According to the subitem 11) of Item 2 of article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About estimative activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and the subitem 2) of Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state statistics" I ORDER:";

to be reworded as follows the form of information on activities of chamber of appraisers and her members approved by the specified order according to appendix to this order.

2. To provide to department of methodology of financial accounting, audit and assessment of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the established legislative procedure for the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

It is approved Bureau of national statistics of the Agency on strategic planning and reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The explanation on filling of the form intended for collection of the administrative data "Information on Activities of Chamber of Appraisers and Her Members" (the Index: No. 1 – ChL (Assessment), frequency: quarterly)

Chapter 1. General provision

1. This explanation determines single requirements for filling of the "Information on Activities of Chamber of Appraisers and Her Members" form (further – the Form).

2. The form is filled with chamber of appraisers and is provided in Committee of internal state audit of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan with use of information system of depositary of the financial reporting.

3. The form is signed by the head of collegiate organ of chamber of appraisers, or person fulfilling its duties with indication of its surname and initials.

4. The form is provided quarterly no later than the 20th following reporting quarter. Copies of valuation reports of the property which is providing in case of the conclusion of the mortgage agreement are attached to form and also in case of realization of pledged property in the electronic format "PDF (Portabe Dokument Format)".

In case of submission of information in electronic format on the www.dfo.kz Internet resource the digital signature is used.
