1. Reorganize the National agency of road transport into the administrative authority subordinated to the central industry body, with the status of the legal entity, financed according to the principles, rules and procedures established by the Law No. 181/2014 on public finance and budget and tax responsibility.

2. Approve:

1) Regulations on the organization and functioning of the National agency of road transport, according to appendix No. 1;

2) Structure of the National agency of road transport, according to appendix No. 2;

3) to Organigramm of the National agency of road transport, according to appendix No. 3;

4) Regulations on uniform of the inspectors of the National agency of road transport given the control right according to appendix No. 4.
