based on the Agreement on the simplified procedure for customs clearance of the goods moved between the State Parties of the Customs union of September 24, 1999, the Protocol on customs control over the goods and vehicles moved between customs authorities of the State Parties of the Customs union of February 17, 2000, the Agreement between the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on boundary moving on route of Almaty - Bishkek of November 15, 1999,

wishing to provide efficiency of control on frontier by the principle "one stop",

recognizing need of strengthening of interaction between monitoring bodies of the Parties on frontier in implementation of joint control of crossing of physical persons and movement of goods and vehicles through border and their registration,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

In this agreement concepts of the following values are used:

"joint control" - set of the actions, measures, methods, means and forms of control jointly applied and performed by monitoring bodies and other monitoring bodies of the states of the Parties when moving persons, goods and vehicles through joint check points;

"monitoring bodies" - boundary and customs authorities of the states of the Parties to which according to national legal systems of the states of the Parties and this agreement functions of the state control at check points are assigned;

"other monitoring bodies" - other state bodies or services of the states of the Parties which perform functions of the state control at check points according to national legal systems of the states of the Parties;
