About approval of the Regulations on financing from the republican expenditure budget for the consumed electric power of the organizations consisting on financing in local budgets

3. To local public administrations from means of the republican budget to perform covering of expenses of local budgets for the consumed electric power of the organizations consisting on financing in local budgets according to the Provision.
4. Responsibility for timely money transfer to the relevant distribution electric companies of the Kyrgyz Republic and observance by local government bodies of the limits of electric power consumption approved by authorized state body in the field of power during energy inspection is assigned to heads of local public administrations, executive bodies of local self-government of ayylny aimags and cities of district value.
