About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18

According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of determination of features of functioning of the monetary and currency markets in the conditions of the warlike situation Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decide:

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18 "About work of bank system during introduction of warlike situation" (with changes) the following changes:

Item 5 to add 1) with the new subitem of the following content:

"3) on implementation of compensation payments on long-term business trips and payments on ensuring activities of workers of devices of military attaches and offices of representatives of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine to foreign diplomatic organizations of Ukraine.";

Item 5-2 to add 2) with the new paragraph of the following content:

"Action of subitems 1 and 2 of Item 5-2 of this resolution does not extend to issue of funds from accounts of workers of devices of military attaches and offices of representatives of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine to foreign diplomatic organizations of Ukraine.";

Item 12 to add 3) with the new subitem of the following content:

"8) to purchase of foreign currency for ensuring compensation payments during the long-term business trip and ensuring activities of workers of devices of military attaches and offices of representatives of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine to foreign diplomatic organizations of Ukraine.";
