About measures for ensuring food security and support of domestic agricultural producers and peasant farms in the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of implementation of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for support of the subjects who are engaged in agricultural activities" of December 6, 2021 No. 547, and also ensuring food security of the country and stabilization of market prices of food products according to Item 2 of part 2 of article 34 of the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, with Articles 29, 47 Agreements on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve:
1) the Inventory, liable to the value added tax at the rate zero (0) percent on leviable deliveries and leviable import, according to appendix 1;
2) the List of raw materials, liable to the value added tax at the rate zero (0) percent on leviable deliveries and leviable import, the vegetable oil intended for production, forages for birds and fishes, according to appendix 2.
2. Establish from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2024 rate of the property tax on agricultural holdings in the amount of zero (0) percent.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
