1. Create public institution "Salyk Service" under the State Tax Administration under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. Approve Regulations on public institution "Salyk Service" under the State Tax Administration under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1.

3. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure:

1) in coordination with Committee on the budget, economic and fiscal policy of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic to allocate to public institution "Salyk Service" under the State Tax Administration under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic money in the amount of 257000000 (two hundred fifty seven million) som from the means provided in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2022 and the forecast for 2023-2024" under the article 2829 "Cumulative Financial Provisions";
