About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18 "About work of bank system during introduction of warlike situation" (with changes) the following changes:

Item 5 to add 1) with the new subitem of the following content:

"4) Financial management of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for ensuring activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.";

Item 12 to add 2) with the new subitem of the following content:

"9) to purchase of foreign currency Financial management of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for ensuring activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.";

3) in Item 15:

to add Item after subitem 2 with the new subitem of the following content:

"3) account account transactions of physical resident persons of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus which contain in the lists of the Security Service of Ukraine and/or state bodies of Ukraine which are previously approved by the Security Service of Ukraine about possibility of implementation by banks of similar transactions (further - Lists).";

add Item with the new paragraph of the following content:

"The National Bank of Ukraine sends to the servicing banks the Lists received from the Security Service of Ukraine and/or state bodies of Ukraine for accounting and further use in work.";

Item 17-2 to add 4) with the new subitem of the following content:

"4) on currency transactions of the physical persons specified in the subitem 3 of Item 15 of this resolution.";
