About modification of some Orders of the Government
Based on Items a), f) and g) Articles 5, Item h) Article 6 and Items k) and r) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. In the Order of the Government No. 481/2011 about formation of the National commission on fight against drugs (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, Art. No. 110-112, 547), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
To add 1) with Item 5 of the following content:
"5. To impose control over the implementation of this Resolution on the National commission on fight against drugs.";
Appendix No. 1 "Structure of the National commission on fight against drugs" to state 2) in the following edition:
"Minister of Internal Affairs, commission chairman
Minister / State secretary of the Ministry of Health, vice-chairman of the commission
