About formation of the National commission on fight against drugs

Based on article 22 of the Law No. 64-XII of May 31, 1990 on the Government, for the purpose of accomplishment of National strategy for fight against drugs for 2011-2018 and the national plans of action for fight against drugs approved by the Order of the Government No. 1208 of December 27, 2010 and also accomplishment of obligations assumed by the Republic of Moldova on fight against illicit trafficking and consumption of drugs, the Government DECIDES:

1. Create the National commission on fight against drugs.

2. Approve:

structure of the National commission on fight against drugs according to appendix No. 1;

Regulations on the National commission on fight against drugs according to appendix No. 2;

structure of Executive committee of the National commission on fight against drugs according to appendix No. 3;

Regulations on Executive committee of the National commission on fight against drugs according to appendix No. 4

3. Determine that in case of release of members of the National commission from the held public positions of their function as a part of the commission persons who are again appointed to the corresponding positions without edition of the new order of the Government will carry out.

4. In the Order of the Government No. 1208 of December 27, 2010. "About approval of National strategy for fight against drugs for 2011-2018" (2011, Art. No. 1-4, 1) the words "National Committee on Fight against Drugs" shall be replaced with words the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova "The national commission on fight against drugs", and in case of the reference to the reduced name shall be replaced with words the word "Committee" "The national commission".
