In Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 2, 2022 No. 185 "Some questions of implementation of public purchases of goods, works and services for satisfaction of compelling needs of functioning of the state in the conditions of warlike situation", with the changes made by resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 5, 2022 No. 197, of March 12, 2022 No. 268 and of March 16, 2022 No. 287:
1) in paragraph three of subitem 1 of the word "military authorities and central executive bodies" shall be replaced with words "military authorities and/or the central executive bodies";
2) in subitem 3:
third after the words "with the Ministry of Health" to add the paragraph with words" if the military authorities and/or the central executive body acts as the customer (except the Ministry of Health)";
