No. 6-12, 44), with subsequent changes, parts (1) and (3) article 16 of the Law No. 71/2007 on registers (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1997, Art. No. 77-78, 639), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Found the State register of legal acts.

2. Approve:

1) the Concept of the Information system "State Register of Legal Acts", according to appendix No. 1.

2) Regulations on procedure for the organization and functioning of the Information system "State Register of Legal Acts", according to appendix No. 2.

3. To assign ensuring implementation, functioning and development of the Information system "State Register of Legal Acts" to the Ministry of Justice through the Agency of legal information resources.

4. To perform continuous management and development of the Information system "State Register of Legal Acts" for the account and within the financial resources which are annually approved in the budget of the Ministry of Justice and also from other sources, stipulated by the legislation.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Ministry of Justice.
