About approval of the Regulations on procedure for functioning and use of government service of delivery (MDelivery)

Based on Item d) article 22 of the Law No. 467/2003 on informatization and the state information resources (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 6-12, 44), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for functioning and use of government service of delivery (MDelivery) it (is applied).

2. To the ministries, the State office and other central administrative authorities subordinated to the Government, and the organizational structures falling within the scope of their competence (subordinated administrative authorities, deconcentrated and subordinated public services, public organizations in which the ministry, the State office or other central administrative authority acts as the founder), the public bodies / organizations and the autonomous state organizations subordinated to the Government or the founded Government, within the competences provided by the law:

1) to use government service of delivery (MDelivery) for delivery to physical persons and legal entities of results of provision of the public services allowed to delivery according to instructions of the Regulations on procedure for functioning and use of government service of delivery (MDelivery);

2) to provide informing applicants on provision of public services about results of provision of the public services allowed to delivery by means of government service of delivery (MDelivery);

To sign 3) with the owner of government service of delivery (MDelivery) agreements on delivery of results of provision of public services;

To integrate 4), according to provisions of the agreement on delivery of results of the provision of public services signed with the owner of government service of delivery (MDelivery) by own financial means the public services and information systems connected with delivery process, including those which are at development stage, with government service of delivery (MDelivery);
