About modification of the Regulations on rules of goods origin approved by the Order of the Government No. 1599/2002
Based on the Law No. 1380/1997 on customs tariff (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of January 1, 2007), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. In the Regulations on rules of goods origin approved by the Order of the Government No. 1599/2002 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, Art. No. 174-176, 1755), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1) in Item 23:
a) after the word "are issued" to add with words "by means of electronic means";
b) "appendix" to replace the word with the text "appendix No. 2";
2) in Item 32 the word "Certificates" shall be replaced with words "Preferential certificates";
The word "and not preferential" to exclude 3) in Item 33;
Appendix No. 2 to state 4) in the following edition:
Appendix No. 2 (0.52Mb In original language)
2. Resolve issue of not preferential certificates of origin on special forms to expenditure of their inventories.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
