1. Determine that maintaining the register of owners of the regular and structured mortgage bonds is provided according to the Law of Ukraine "About National depositary system and features of electronic security circulation in Ukraine" in the way:
storage and accounting of mortgage bonds, transactions of the issuer of the mortgage bonds which are rather issued by it on accounts in securities which open to owners of mortgage bonds at the keepers of securities elected by them, and also on accounts in securities of these keepers and the issuer in the depositary servicing the corresponding release of mortgage bonds;
