1. Recognize invalid:

the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of July 30, 1999 No. 156 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for issue, accounting, storage and destruction of forms of certificates of securities", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 19, 1999 for No. 571/3864 (with changes);

the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of June 29, 2006 No. 446 "About procedure for maintaining the register of owners of the regular and structured mortgage bonds", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 9, 2006 on No. 1043/12917.

2. To provide to department of regulation of depository and clearing activity (I. Kurochkin) submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. (A. Zbarazhskaya) to provide to management of internal audit and communications publication of this decision in the official printing publication of the National commission on securities and the stock market.

4. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. Control over the implementation of this decision to assign to the member of the commission A. Tarasenko.
