About regulations on passing of military service corresponding categories of the military personnel

According to article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About general conscription and military service" I decide:

1. Approve and enact documents which are attached since January 1, 2002:

The paragraph two is excluded according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 27.09.2021 No. 486/2021;

The paragraph third is excluded according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 27.09.2021 No. 486/2021;

The paragraph the fourth is excluded according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 27.09.2021 No. 486/2021;

Regulations on passing of compulsory military service by soldiers and sailors, sergeants and foremen of the Security Service of Ukraine;

The paragraph of the seventh ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 09.10.2019 No. 739/2019.

2. Determine that action of the provisions noted in paragraphs the second - the fourth article 1 of this Decree, extends to the military personnel of National guard of Ukraine, other military forming formed according to the laws of Ukraine except the military personnel of Management of the state protection of Ukraine and Service of foreign intelligence of Ukraine, the State Border Service of Ukraine, Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine.

3. Recognize voided since January 1, 2002:

The presidential decree of Ukraine of May 13, 1993 N174 "About Provisional Regulations for Passing of Military Service by Citizens of Ukraine";
