1. To the Ministry of Finance in 2022 at the expense of the means specified in subitem 1.2 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 14, 2022 to No. 93:

expenses of republican road fund on construction and reconstruction of republican highways within the total amount of financing of the State investing program for 2022 approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 26, 2022 No. 18, on 47 000 thousand rubles with the direction of the specified funds for increase in the Belarusian component on the "Republican Bridges and Reconstruction of the Highway M-3" project;
the subventions on financing of expenses on development of agricultural industry and fishing activities provided by subitem 1.2.3 of Item 1 of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2021 No. 142-Z "About the republican budget for 2022" for the purchase of mineral fertilizers and debt repayment for earlier delivered mineral fertilizers formed since January 1, 2022, to consolidated budgets of areas in the total amount of 60 000 thousand rubles, including the Brest region - 10 000 thousand rubles, the Vitebsk region - 10 000 thousand rubles, the Gomel region - 10 000 thousand rubles, the Grodno region - 10 000 thousand rubles, the Minsk region - 10 000 thousand rubles, the Mogilev region - 10 000 thousand rubles;
1.2. transfer from the republican budget to consolidated budgets of areas interbudget transfers to financing of expenses on:
