According to the international obligations following from the Convention on physical protection of nuclear material of 1980 which participant is Ukraine the Law of Ukraine "About use of nuclear energy and radiation safety", the Law of Ukraine "About physical protection of nuclear installations, nuclear materials, radioactive waste, other sources of ionizing radiation" the Regulations on the State committee of nuclear regulation of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 06.03.2001 of N 155, and also for the purpose of ensuring regulation of activities in the field of physical protection of nuclear installations and nuclear materials I ORDER:

1. Approve Rules of physical protection of nuclear installations and nuclear materials (further - Rules) which are applied.

2. To the head of department of regulation of physical protection Cnut Yu. M. after signing of this order to submit it within five-day term on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. In a month after entry into force of this order to provide to the director of the State company of GNTTs YaRB Vasilchenko V. M. its replication.

4. Declare invalid the order of Public administration of nuclear regulation of Ukraine of 27.09.99 N34 "About Approval of Rules of Physical Protection of Nuclear Material and Nuclear Installations" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 2, 1999 for N748/4041.

5. I reserve control over the implementation of the order.
