"1. These rules determine procedure for forming of the List of imported goods on which the value added tax is paid by offsetting method, according to the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget" (Tax code) (further – the List).";

3) of item 4 to exclude the subitem.

2. To provide to department of tax and customs policy of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the established legislative procedure:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
