About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of enhancement of procedure of architectural, town-planning and construction activities I decide:
1. Make changes to Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 14, 2014 No. 26 "About measures for enhancement of construction activities" (appendix).
2. In three-months time to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree.
3. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:
Item of 1 appendix – in three months after official publication of this Decree;
other provisions of this Decree – after its official publication.
