About establishment of rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning separate types of the goods imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union for the purpose of ensuring stability of economies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union

1. Establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, concerning separate types of goods according to appendix.
2. Add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, notes 63C - 66C of the following content:
"<63C> the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from 28.03.2022 till 30.09.2022 inclusive.
<64C> the rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from 28.03.2022 till 30.09.2022 inclusive, from 01.10.2022 - in the amount of 8% of customs value to the goods imported into the Russian Federation.
<65С> The rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from 28.03.2022 till 30.09.2022 inclusive, from 01.10.2022 - in the amount of 7,5 of % of customs value to the goods imported into the Russian Federation.
<66С> The rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from 28.03.2022 till 30.09.2022 inclusive, in the amount of 12% of customs value - from 01.10.2022 till 28.02.2023 inclusive.".
3. This Decision becomes effective after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since March 28, 2022.
