About modification of procedure for state registration of the legal entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming which do not have the status of the legal entity
According to Items 3, 10 Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of July 2, 2014 to No. 228, for the purpose of providing the conditions directed to access to services in state registration of the legal entities and public forming which do not have the status of the legal entity in the conditions of warlike situation, order:
1. To add Item 5 of the Section I of the Procedure for state registration of the legal entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming who do not have the status of the legal entity approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of February 9, 2016 No. 359/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 9, 2016 for No. 200/28330, with the new paragraph of the following content:
"In case of introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine or in its certain areas according to the Law of Ukraine "About legal regime of warlike situation" state registration of the legal entities and public forming which do not have the status of the legal entity is made by any subject of state registration irrespective of the location of such legal entities or public forming.".
2. To the technical administrator of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming to take the adequate measures necessary for implementation of this order.
