before implementation of the software of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming created according to the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of legal entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming" during state registration of legal entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming, symbolics of public forming in the cases provided by the laws preparation and forming of the legal conclusion, decision of the state registrar, the message on suspension of consideration of documents, are performed without use of software of maintaining the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, physical persons - entrepreneurs and public forming;

documents for state registration are electronically filed after implementation of the portal of electronic services of legal entities, physical persons of entrepreneurs and public forming;
