Approve the Procedure for financial provision of activities of military authorities which is applied.

Procedure for financial provision of activities of military authorities

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of financial provision of activities of military authorities, in particular, of implementation of compensation of workers and cash cover of the military personnel of the military forming formed according to the laws, faces of the private and the commanding structure of law enforcement agencies, service of civil protection which are sent to them in the procedure established by the legislation.

2. Financing of activities is performed:

1) military authorities of settlements - at the expense of means of the corresponding local budget of territorial community where the military authorities is formed;

2) regional and district military authorities - at the expense of means of the government budget and the corresponding regional and district budgets.

3. Means of regional and district budgets for implementation of powers of regional and regional councils by regional and district military authorities are provided by establishment of budget settings in such budgets for separate codes of standard program classification of expenses and crediting of the local budget in the form of subvention from the local budget, to the manager of means of the government budget.

The main manager of means of the local budget according to budget settings transfers means to the manager of means of the government budget into the separate special registration account opened in accordance with the established procedure in body of Treasury for the place of servicing of the manager of budgetary funds.
