About modification of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 54, Art. 1455; 2016, No. 42, the Art. 1578), changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective along with the Law of Ukraine "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning streamlining of the questions connected with prisoners of war during the special period".

Changes which are made to Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine

1. To add Item 1 paragraph two after the word "probations" with words ", concerning content of prisoners of war".

2. Add Item 3 with subitem 2-9 of the following content:

"2-9) ensuring forming and realization of state policy concerning content of prisoners of war;".

3. Add item 4 with subitems 95-17 and 95-18 - the following content:

"95-17) will form the camp for content of prisoners of war and sites for content of prisoners of war;

95-18) creates conditions of keeping of prisoners of war in camps for content of prisoners of war and sites for content of prisoners of war with observance of the international obligations of Ukraine, in particular, in the field of international humanitarian law, and requirements of the national legal system;".
