About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18

According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of determination of features of functioning of the monetary and currency markets in the conditions of the warlike situation Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decide:

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18 "About work of bank system during introduction of warlike situation" (with changes) the following changes:

1) in Item 12:

the second offer of subitem 1 to add with words "(except cash foreign currency which is used for payment of cross-border transfer of money by non-bank financial institutions which has the license of the National Bank of Ukraine for money transfer)";

3, 6 to state subitems in the following edition:

"3) implementation of currency transactions on exchange of foreign currency within 1 group of the Qualifier of foreign currencies and bank metals approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 04, 1998 No. 34 (in edition of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of April 19, 2016 No. 269) (with changes) (further - the Qualifier), between banks (non-cash foreign currency), banks at the request of clients (cash and non-cash foreign currency);";

"6) implementation of transactions by bank on conditions "swap" with resident clients:

on purchase and sale of foreign currency if the first part of transaction assumes purchase by bank from the client of foreign currency;

on exchange of foreign currency within 1 group of the Qualifier;";
