According to article 16 of the Law of Ukraine "About foreign economic activity", the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 24.02.2022 No. 64/2022 "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine", the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 05.03.2022 No. 207 "About modification of Appendices 1 and 5 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 29, 2021" I order to No. 1424:
1. For operation of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 29.12.2021 No. 1424 "About approval of inventories which export and import is subject to licensing, and quotas for 2022" to approve the Temporary procedure for export licensing of some goods specified in appendix 5 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 29, 2021 No. 1424, which is applied.
2. Take into account that the Form of the export license of goods and the Instruction for its filling, and also the Commitment form on licensing for commodity export and the Instruction for its filling, are approved by the order of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine of 09.09.2009 No. 991 "About procedure for export licensing of goods", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 06.10.2009 for No. 937/16953.
