In Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 2, 2022 No. 185 "Some questions of implementation of public purchases of goods, works and services for satisfaction of compelling needs of functioning of the state in the conditions of warlike situation" - with the changes made by resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 5, 2022 No. 197, of March 12, 2022 No. 268, of March 16, 2022 No. 287, of March 20, 2022 No. 328, of March 24, 2022 No. 359, of March 26, 2022 No. 373, of March 29, 2022 No. 386 and of April 5, 2022 No. 404:
In paragraph three of subitem 1 of the word of "food products and packaging goods for their packing, sanitary and hygienic goods" shall be replaced with words 1) "food and sanitary and hygienic products, and also packaging goods for their packing";
The paragraph of the sixth of the subitem 3 after the words "for sanitary and hygienic goods" to add 2) with words "and packaging goods for their packing";
In paragraph one of subitem 4 of the word "the food products including imported and packaging goods for their packing, sanitary and hygienic goods" shall be replaced with words 3) "food, including imported, and sanitary and hygienic goods, and also packaging goods for their packing".
