Based on the paragraph of third of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 21, 2002 No. 110-Z "About precious metals and gemstones" and Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1585, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for collection and acceptance of scrap and waste of precious metals it (is applied).
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of March 12, 2002 No. 38 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for delivery, acceptance and conversion of scrap and waste of precious metals, and also about procedure of payments with deliverers for the precious metals received from them in the form of scrap and waste" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 39, 8/7915).
