About approval of the Procedure for submission by insurance company of the reporting under non-state pension provision

According to Item 13 parts one of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the capital markets and the organized goods markets", Article part four 52, parts one and the second article 53 of the Law of Ukraine "About non-state pension provision" the National commission on securities and the stock market solved:

1. Approve the Procedure for submission by insurance company of the reporting under non-state pension provision which is applied.

2. Declare invalid the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of February 15, 2007 No. 6817 "About approval of the Regulations on promulgation of information by insurers concerning the insurance contracts signed in system of non-state pension provision", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 02, 2007 for No. 179/13446.

3. Determine that:

the first accounting period for creation and submission of the reporting under non-state pension provision which moves in NKTsBFR is 1 quarter 2022;

the first accounting period for creation and submission of the annual accounts represented to persons who signed with the insurer insurance contracts in system of non-state pension provision is 2021.
