About payment terms of work of employees of the organizations of health care of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of enhancement of wages system of employees of the organizations of health care of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Determine that:

1) the minimum base rate in the amount of 7040 som is the basis for calculation of official pay rates of employees of the organizations of health care of the Kyrgyz Republic;

2) the official pay rate of employees of the organizations of health care of the Kyrgyz Republic is calculated by multiplication of the size of the minimum base rate (7040 som) by frequency rate coefficient to official pay rates.

2. Approve:

1) the frequency rate coefficients to official pay rates applied in case of determination of the sizes of official pay rates of employees of the organizations of health care of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1;

2) Regulations on compensation of employees of the organizations of health care of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2.

3. Operation of this resolution does not extend to wages system of employees of the organizations of health care which are under authority of bodies of homeland security of the Kyrgyz Republic which compensation is regulated by the separate decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. To the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- bring the decisions into accord with this resolution;

- take the adequate measures following from this resolution.
