About recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

List of invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. The order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 29, 2002 No. 843 "About approval of Rules of implementation of accounting of the foreign periodic printing editions distributed in the Republic of Kazakhstan".

2. Item of 6 changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 20, 2004 No. 364 "About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

3. Item of 9 changes and addition which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 28, 2005 No. 73 "About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

4. The order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 28, 2006 No. 936 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 29, 2002 No. 843".
