1. Bring in Regulations on features of forming and use of the extrabudgetary funds received from rendering paid medical services and (or) carrying out clinical testing of medicines, medical products, in State Healthcare Institutions, approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 30, 2016 No. 982, the following changes:

add Item 6 with part of the following content:

"When calculating the proportion determined in part three of Item 18 of the Regulations on procedure for forming of extrabudgetary funds, implementation of the expenses connected with the activities which are bringing in incomes, the directions and procedure for use of means being at the command state-financed organization the cash amount (without the trade allowance) received for products of medical appointment, medical equipment, medicines for rendering paid medical services according to Item 14 of the list of the paid medical services rendered to citizens of the Republic of Belarus by State Healthcare Institutions, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of February 10, 2009 No. 182 is excluded from the amount of the income from rendering paid medical services and total amount of receipts of extrabudgetary funds.";
