1. Approve Regulations on the State water inventory created by the Automated information system "State Water Inventory" it (is applied).

2. To provide to the ministry of the environment as the owner legal, financial and organizational conditions for creation, administration, servicing and development of the Automated information system "State Water Inventory".

3. To provide to the Apele Moldovei agency as the holder creation, administration, servicing and development of the Automated information system "State Water Inventory".

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of the environment.
