Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 17, 2022 No. 305 "About features of work of Ukrpochta joint-stock company in the conditions of warlike situation" - with the changes made by resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 20, 2022 No. 328 and of March 30, 2022 No. 391, changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 17, 2022 No. 305

1. The fifth Item 1 after words "Ministry of Economics" to add the paragraph with words "according to procedure which is established by JSC Ukrpochta.

2. In Item 2:

In paragraph three the word "Item" shall be replaced with words 1) "paragraphs the fourth and fifth Item";

2) in paragraph six:

after the words "made in execution" to add with words and figure of "paragraphs of the fourth and fifth Item 1";

add the paragraph after the words "in the government budget." with the words "such expenses are performed before exhaustion of amount of means from rate decrease of transfer of dividends in the government budget.";
