2. Determine that:

the Item 7 of the subsection "Announcement of Caution", Item 8 of the subsection "Preventive Visit" of the Section I, Item 8 of the subsection "Test purchase", Item 8 of the subsection "Monitoring Purchase", Item 8 of the subsection "Selective control", Item 8 of the subsection "Inspection Visit", Item 8 of the subsection "Raid Survey", Item 8 of the subsection "Documentary Check", Item 8 of the subsection "Exit Check" of the Section II and footnote 4-2 appendices to Rules are applied by regulatory (supervising) authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation and local government bodies since August 1, 2023 to the planned control (supervising) actions performed in 2024 and later;

Item 2 of the Section IV of appendix to Rules is applied since June 1, 2022;

the paragraph two of footnote of the 13th appendix to Rules is applied since July 1, 2022.

3. Regulatory (supervising) authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation and local government bodies can apply the provisions specified in paragraph three of Item 2 of this resolution till August 1, 2023 in the presence of the corresponding completed reference books in the unified register of types of federal state control (supervision), regional state control (supervision), municipal control.

4. Paragraphs the third and fourth the subitem "g" of Item of 1 changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 14, 2021 No. 1559 "About change and about recognition voided some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 39, Art. 6712), to recognize invalid.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except for following provisions for which this resolution establishes other terms of entry into force:
