2. From the date of enforcement of this resolution to recognize invalid:
1) the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 25, 2003 No. 252 "About approval of Rules on realization of shareholder rights on preferential security purchase" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 2453);
